Front desk and host associates, food & beverage servers, spa associates and sales/events associates (excluding Omaha and Marion employees) with a valid Hyatt Global ID number are eligible to participate.
Front desk and host associates, food and beverage, spa, sales/events associates, guest service associates and reservations associates (excluding Omaha and Marion reservations centers) earn one rewards point for each new member enrollment generated.
Rewards points are awarded to associates after new enrollments are generated. Points are deposited into associate accounts on a weekly basis after they occur.
Rewards points are the currency of World of Hyatt Associate Rewards. After an associate has received a score of 100% on the quarterly Associate Rewards Quiz, an associate can redeem rewards points through the Shop Now link on the Home Page during an open redemption window. Points will be deducted from an associate's account when redemptions are complete.
Associates with an Associate Rewards log-in can check their rewards point balance on the top of the Home page, or by visiting the My Account page. Associates who have not yet received a personal username and password can obtain their current enrollment activity details from their hotel management team (via the Property Analysis Website (PAW) Self-Reporting Portal).
During promotions where bonus points are awarded, your points will be deposited in shifts. Base points will be deposited first. These are the points you normally earn for each enrollment. Base points will be added to your account on a weekly basis.
At the end of the promotion period, all of your base points will have been deposited. At that time, if your hotel has fulfilled the promotion requirements and all enrollments are valid, additional bonus points earned during that promotion will be deposited in your account. The base points, combined with the additional bonus points, will add up to the correct total amount of points that you've earned during the promotional period.
For example, if you earn 50 activations during a Triple Points promotion, you will receive 50 (base) points deposited into your account as normal. After the promotion ends, you'll receive a lump bonus deposit of an additional 100 (bonus) points equating to a total of 150 points earned for the Triple Points promotion (50 x 3 = 150).
Rewards points can be redeemed in a variety of shopping categories — including World of Hyatt Bonus points,electronics, jewelry, housewares and more. View the catalog using the Browse Catalog or Shop Now options from the home page.
Rewards points can be redeemed for rewards toward the end of each quarter, during a specified redemption window. The upcoming redemption windows are:
- February 15th - March 1st
- May 15th - May 31st
- August 15th - August 31st
- November 15th - November 30th
Each item is assigned a rewards point value. Associates can find the point value of items in the online catalog. The number of points required for shipping & handling will be included in the point value listed for the item.
These costs are based on processing of the order, the weight of the item ordered and the distance it must be shipped to the associate. During the Redemption Window, if a Member does not have sufficient Points to redeem for a Reward, the Member may have the option to use a credit card to pay the balance.

Associates outside of the United States please select Contact Us on your award catalog and provide details of your inquiry. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return it within 90 days of redemption. We will gladly exchange the item, credit your reward account or credit your credit card for the merchandise returned. All merchandise returns require a Return Authorization. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-343-2607 for assistance. Outside of the United States, please send an e-mail to the Contact Us email box located in the award catalog website.
Rewards points will continue to accrue as long as you are employed as a Hyatt associate in a role eligible to participate in the Associate Rewards program (see How to Earn) and you have enrolled guests within the last 12 months. After 12 months of no enrollment activity, your account will be deactivated and all points in the account will be forfeited.
Online ordering via our website is encrypted using a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
Rewards points are non-transferable.
The Member’s membership will remain active and eligible for Reward redemptions for the remainder of the calendar year of Member’s employment change or until the Member’s membership is terminated by the Member or by Hyatt in accordance with the Terms, whichever occurs earlier.
If a Member is terminated from their employment, any use of remaining Points is contingent upon approval from the last hotel of employment and Hyatt. Such approval or disapproval shall be at the sole discretion of the hotel and Hyatt.
Your Earnings Report can now be found on the My Account page.
To access your Wish List, click the BROWSE REWARDS button at the top of the page to open the Rewards site. From there, select Wish List from the menu on the top right of the page.
The catalog can be accessed using the button below the countdown clock at the top of each page. Click Shop Now when the redemption window is open or Browse Catalog when the redemption window is closed. Associates who have not passed the Associate Rewards Quiz will not be able to browse the catalog during an open redemption window.
When redeeming Associate Rewards Points for World of Hyatt Bonus Points, the World of Hyatt account must be the associate’s account and the name must match the World of Hyatt account exactly. Rewards points cannot be used to deposit World of Hyatt Bonus Points into another member’s account.
